How do I approve my design?
After you check out, we lay out your design and send a preview through the contact channel you picked at checkout. We only print once you approve it.
Can I change my details after ordering?
Yes, before you approve the preview. Message us with your order number and the change you need.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 10 to 14 working days. Put your event date in your order notes so we can plan around it.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes, for a small rush fee. Message us your event date first so we can confirm we can make it.
How does delivery work?
We deliver within Cavite and Metro Manila through Lalamove or Grab, and you shoulder the delivery fee. We can book the rider for you, or you can book a pickup from our location once we tell you your order is ready.
