Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Graphique is a design and printing shop in General Trias, Cavite. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit graphiqueph.com, place an order or message us, what we do with it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

Graphique is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, including a request to see, correct or delete your information, contact us:

What we collect

When you place an order

  • Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
  • What you ordered, the pack size, the amount paid and the order status.
  • Your preferred contact channel for the design preview (Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber or email) and the username or number you give us for it.

Your personalization details

To design your souvenirs we ask for the celebrant’s name, the event date, the theme, any notes, and a photo if you upload one. These often include a child’s name and photo. We use them only to design, print and deliver your order. Please send only photos you have the right to use.

When you fill in a form

The Get a Quote and Contact Us forms collect your name, email, phone number, event details and your message, so we can reply to you.

If you create an account

We keep your login details, saved addresses and order history so you can track and reorder.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal and PayMongo (GCash, Maya and cards). We never see or store your full card number, CVV or e-wallet PIN. We receive a confirmation that you paid, the amount and the payment method.

When you message us

If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or Viber, we see what you send us there. Those apps also handle your messages under their own privacy policies.

Collected automatically

When you browse the site, cookies and the tools listed below collect your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, what you click, and how you found us.

How we use your information

  • To design your order, send you the preview and print what you approve.
  • To arrange delivery with Lalamove or Grab.
  • To send order updates and answer your questions.
  • To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To see which pages work and which do not, so we can improve the site.
  • To measure our Facebook, Instagram and Google ads and show them to people likely to be interested.

We process your information because we need it to fulfill your order, because the law requires it, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our shop, or because you agreed to it.

Cookies and tracking tools

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. These are the only tools we use on this site.

WordPress and WooCommerce (needed for the shop to work)

These remember your cart, keep you signed in and carry you through checkout. WooCommerce also records which page or link brought you to the site and attaches it to your order, so we know which channels bring in orders. If you block these cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.

Google Tag Manager

Loads the analytics and ad tags below in one place. It does not build a profile of you by itself.

Google Analytics 4

Counts visits and shows us which pages people view, what device they use, roughly where they are and how they found us. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google’s privacy policy

Microsoft Clarity

Shows us how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, taps and scrolling, so we can find buttons that confuse people or pages that break on phones. Clarity hides what you type into form fields. Microsoft’s privacy statement

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views a product, adds to cart or buys, so we can measure our ads and show them to the right people. The Conversions API sends the same events from our server instead of your browser. To match an order to a Meta account, it may include your email address or phone number in scrambled (hashed) form. Meta’s privacy policy

Google Search Console

Tells us how our site appears in Google Search and which searches lead people to us. It sets no cookies on this site and only gives us totals, not information about you.

Google Merchant Center

Lists our products on Google Shopping. We send Google our product names, photos and prices, not information about you.

How to control them

Who we share it with

We share only what each one needs to do its job:

  • Payment providers (PayPal and PayMongo), to take your payment.
  • Couriers (Lalamove and Grab): your name, mobile number and delivery address, to deliver your order.
  • Our web host and email provider, which run the site and send order emails.
  • Google, Microsoft and Meta, through the tools listed above.
  • The messaging app you chose for your design preview.
  • Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

Some of these companies store information outside the Philippines, for example in the United States or Singapore. We use only established providers that protect the information they hold.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and payment records: for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require.
  • Personalization photos and design files: up to one year after delivery, so we can help if you reorder. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
  • Quote and contact form messages: up to two years.
  • Your account: until you ask us to close it.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics, and according to each tool’s own settings for the others.

How we protect it

The site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only Graphique can sign in to the shop’s admin, and uploaded photos are stored in a folder that cannot be browsed. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

  • be told how your information is used;
  • see the information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent;
  • ask us to delete or block it;
  • get a copy in a format you can take elsewhere;
  • be compensated if your information is misused.

Email us to use any of these rights. We reply within 15 working days. Some records, such as paid orders, we must keep by law, and we will tell you if that applies. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. Children’s names and photos reach us only when a parent, guardian or event organizer sends them for an order, and we use them only for that order.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
