Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Graphique, the personalized souvenir shop at Brgy. Pasong Kawayan II, General Trias, Cavite, on this website or through our Facebook and Instagram pages. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown on each product page, by pack size.
  • Orders placed on this website are paid in full at checkout, using the payment methods shown there.
  • Delivery fees are not part of your payment to us. You pay them directly to the Lalamove or Grab rider, as explained in our Shipping and Delivery policy.

Your order

  • Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email.
  • If we cannot make an order, for example because it is outside our delivery area or we cannot print the design, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Design details and your preview

  • Every order is printed with your details: the name to print and the occasion, plus any theme, event date, notes and photo you send. You can send these on the product page or after checkout. We cannot start your order until we have them.
  • We lay out your design and send you a free preview through the contact channel you chose at checkout. Ask for any changes before you approve it.
  • Once you approve your preview, your order goes into production and we print exactly what is on it. Please check every name, date and photo carefully.

Production time

Production takes 10 to 14 working days after you approve your preview. Rush orders are possible for a small fee if you ask us before ordering. Dates we give you are our best estimate, and we will tell you right away if anything puts your date at risk.

Photos and artwork you send

  • By sending photos, logos or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to have them printed.
  • We may decline a design we consider offensive or unlawful. If we decline an order for this reason before production, we refund you in full.
  • How we store and delete your photos is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Colors and finishing

Every phone and monitor shows color a little differently, so printed colors can differ slightly from your screen. Ribbon, glitter, packaging and other handmade finishing can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos on this website.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel and get a full refund before you approve your preview. After that, your order is in production and can no longer be canceled. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing pieces are reprinted or refunded at our cost. The details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is to reprint or refund the affected pieces, as described in our Returns and Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967) or other Philippine law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
